Our Gravely Street Legal Kits are intended to help you convert your off-road UTV (side-by-side) or ATV (quad) to a street legal ride in many states. In addition our kits include parts that are actually D.O.T. approved items. That is to say, you will need these while converting your off-road recreational vehicle to street legal status. Be careful, as some of our competitors out their Do Not use D.O.T. approved parts. Consequently they will sell you a kit that it is not D.O.T. approved.
All states have their own D.O.T. requirements for street legal equipment. On the other hand, check with your local Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) or Motor Vehicle Division (MVD). Certainly get the information for your local requirements. Furthermore, most states require a Horn (120 db+), Lighted License Plate and Turn Signals. However, not all states require turn signals (hand signals are ok). Above all, we highly recommend turn signals for your added safety. That is to say, we know through experience that some drivers DO NOT know what hand signals are.
Why Our Gravely Street Legal Kits are Completely Independent
I get asked a few times every month, why don’t you use the UTV or ATV rear OEM lights for the rear turn signals? The answer is very simple. I developed my Turn Signal Kits (TSK) to be completely independent for THREE main reasons. ONE, you do not want any possible feedback from the LED Electronic Flasher into the ECU of your UTV or ATV. Consequently, electronic feedback can cause problems with your ECU and they are very expensive to replace. TWO, you do not want to affect (invalidate) your manufactures warranty by tapping into any existing OEM lights or wiring. THREE, you want both rear stop lights when activating the turn signals (like our automobiles), not just one. As a result, with all my different Gravely street legal kits you will never have these concerns or issues.

The Loud FIAMM 12 Volt Horn Kit is one of our ATV and UTV Gravely street legal kits. First of all this horn kit is for making your recreational vehicle street legal or letting those around you know you’re there. Furthermore, most states require the horn to be 120 db or more, ours is 130 db, very loud, legal and D.O.T. approved in all states. In addition this 12 volt horn kit comes complete with all the parts, wiring and instructions with diagrams.
We use a FIAMM horn in our kit. Above all FIAMM is recognized as the world’s leading producer of horns. Most importantly the smaller size makes it easy to install. Even more, on any ATV (quad) or UTV (side-by-side), and with great quality for a loud sound. In addition it exceeds the S.A.E. and O.E.M. specifications for a wide range of vehicle applications.

This kit can be easily installed in about 30 minutes, it does not go into any factory wiring and above all it will not void your manufactures warranty! In addition, there is no cutting or splicing and it comes with all parts needed for your install. Note: First of all, you need to drill a 3/16th inch hole (or use an existing hole) in the frame to mount the FIAMM horn. In addition, drill a 1/2″ inch hole in the dash to mount the horn button. Finally, this horn kit is pretty much plug-n-play and is very simple to install.

Column Mounted (TSS) Hardware Notes
2014-19 Gravely Atlas JSV models (TSS) Mounting Hardware Notes
The 2014-19 Gravely Atlas JSV models with Tilt Steering use our Custom Turn Signal Switch (TSS) Mounting Strap. That is to say this custom strap will allow the tilt steering to have full range of motion. Meanwhile the turn signal switch is mounted just under the steering wheel. Used with our stock #105 LED Turn Signal Kit. As a result, order from the drop down box Turn Signal Switch Mounting Hardware.

LED Turn Signal Kit

This is a 12 volt LED Turn Signal Kit with 2 Amber (front) and 2 Red (rear) or your choice of all Amber D.O.T. approved LED lights. Our LED light kit comes with two 4″x 2″ inch rectangular amber (front) and two 4″x 2″ inch rectangular red (rear) LED lights.
Gravely Street Legal Kits Specifications
This LED light kit comes with a column mounted turn signal switch. First of all, it has a pilot light for the turn signals and 4-way emergency flashers (hazard warning). Secondly, our turn signal switch has a pull out flare tab for the 4-way hazard lights. Finally, it comes with the hardware to mount it to your steering column.
The four LED Lights are 4”x 2” rectangular with 16 (LED) Light Emitting Diodes each. In addition, they have a polycarbonate lens & housing and come with encapsulated electronics to eliminate corrosion.
This special LED Flasher has the 3 pin connections for LOAD, PILOT and POWER. Also, the electronic LED flasher is quite, no annoying clicking sounds.
Our kit includes: 2 Amber and 2 Red or all Amber D.O.T. approved LED lights. Secondly, the turn Signal Switch and the hardware to mount it to your steering column (see TSS mounting hardware notes above). Furthermore, the LED Flasher, an ATC in-line fuse holder with a 3 amp fuse. Also, the self tapping screws for mounting the lights and flasher. In addition, the mounting installation instructions with wiring instructions & diagram. Most importantly, with our Gravely street legal kits you get all the help and support you need from EZ Turn Signal Kits.
Important Note
Note FYI: I have heard people say that a column mounted Turn Signal Switch (TSS) is in the way of you entering and exiting the unit, not true! Secondly, they say you will bump the TSS lever with your legs and even break that lever, again not true! In other words, I am 6’3″ and 250 pounds, I have never bumped the TSS and I use my units multiple times a day. Finally, I have sold thousands of the column mounted TSS and never had a customer complain about bumping or breaking one.

In addition, each wire has a different color and the wiring diagram shows where each colored wire goes. Above all, I include my phone number and e-mail address with the instructions. This turn signal switch has been installed on thousands of units, very nice and easy to operate. The Motor Vehicle Department and your local police departments will be impressed. Most noteworthy, everyone who rides on the street or off road (dunes/congested areas), should have turn signals for their added safety.
